What’s the way to success? Is it coming silently or after many failures? What happens when something unnerves you so much? If you cannot run away from the flies, mosquitos, what do you do?
Or you can crash it literally or you can crash it by taking more effort to go against it. If you can’t make it, do you really cannot make it?
I got the idea for this post from the constant ache of itching because of my alergy. My nose becomes the powerful itching shot, nothing else and when I do it endlessly I do feel much better. The similar would be with any wound.
I can only imagine the numerous times when my phone or computer stops working, it can be due to the Internet connection or anything else but would I be unnerved? Or would I just say abracadabra?
Talking with plants vibrates the power of words, its significant growing process. Would I just clap it as the sign inspired from childhood to make it alive again? Or would I just turn it off and on? Sometimes all we need is a little relax so our productivity comes back again. Life functions much better after a pause, after taking some peace out of the world.
What is your reaction to the things that unnerve you constantly?
I love the process that comes unexpected, you don’t even notice it. If you’re constantly disturbed, it’s the time to take out of it only the reason to break. Pause comes as the sign of growth, as the urge to transformation that appears naturally.
At the village near my hometown in Croatia where the mountains spread as the most common location to nature run-away it’s located the small bench called the zen bench. Just the views can give you so much zen, if you look out of the frame, out of your comfort zone.
Pause is needed like easy Sunday morning when we all need a little recharging. What is the best way for you to take that recharge? Let me know in the comments.

Yes. Sometimes we really need a break to recharge us. A Pause can break the monotony.

So many people get caught up with when something should happen and have a rigid timeline but forget that pausing to take stock of everything is very important. Thanks for sharing!

I love taking time to myself to recharge by just relaxing in a comfy chair with a book or with a good show on tv. It’s so important to take time for yourself in times where life can be so hectic and moving so fast. Thanks for sharing!

It’s so important to just remember to stop and breathe sometimes, for sure. Lovely post.

Totally agree! People underestimate the value of pauses. I personally love to travel to relax myself and take a break. Thanks for sharing!

Being out in my garden is my pause/reset button. Being out in Nature and getting my hands dirty. Works every time! 🙂

I know what you mean! To recharge or relax, I either go for a walk or run in nature – depending on my mood! I’m lucky to live in the suburbs of Berlin where a forest path is not far!

I go for a walk. Slip on the shoes, maybe pop in a podcast or music, and hit the trails. It’s peaceful and revitalizing.

The idea of crashing to get to a goal is very interesting. I feel like we can get to success easier when it is seamlessly integrated into our lives.. Like we are not actively chasing it. I know detoxing from social media and everything is a great way for me to recharge!
